About number and composition population of KHMEL'NYTS'KYI REGION

The number of the urban population, according to the All-Ukrainian population census data, accounted for 729.6 thousand persons or 51%,and that of the rural population - 701.2 thousand people or 49%. Since 1989 urban population has increased by 6.6 thousand people and rural decreased by – 102.9 thousand people.
