About number and composition population of KYIV REGION
by data All-Ukrainian census of the population 2001

   According administrative territirial division of Ukraine the number of cities in Kyiv region has by 25, including 2 cities (Prypyat', Chornobyl' ) without population.
   Among them 9 cities numbered 8 to 20 thousand persons, 10 cities numbered 20 to 50 thousand persons and 4 cities more than 50 thousand persons (Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Boryspil', Fastiv). The population of Bila Tserkva city was 200 thousand persons.
