   Permanent population - the number of people living permanently on the territory of a definite settlement, irrespective of their presence at the moment of the registration.
   Urban and rural population.The urban population includes people living in towns and cities, the rural population – those living in the country.
   The population of the town’s council - the population of all the settlements that are administratively subordinated to the town’s council.
   Basic Higher Education – marked about the persons who finished a college or other institutions of this kind or are still studying at an institution of higher education – an institute, conservatory, academy, university, etc and have obtained a bachelor’s degree.
   Basic Secondary education – marked about the persons who finished school, and exactly : an 8 – year school in 1963 – 1989 and earlier, a 7 – year school in 1961 and earlier, Classes 8,9 in 1989 and earlier; Class 10 of the secondary school; Class 10 of the school ( except for the persons with secondary education ) ; who left Class 8 in 1959 – 1960 and earlier ; Classes 9 and 10 or a vocational school in any year ( except for the persons with secondary education).
   Unfinished higher education – marked about the persons who studied in an institute in 1996 and earlier, passed half or more of the course of studies, but did not finish it.
   Incomplete higher education – includes primary higher and unfinished higher education.
   Complete higher education – marked about the persons who graduated from an institute, conservatory, academy, university and other institutes of higher education that provide a qualification degree of a specialist and that of a master, and obtained a certificate.
   Complete secondary education - marked about the persons who finished a senior school: of 11 years of studies, of 10 years of studies, a lyceum, a classic school ( also pre – revolutionary ), a vocational school, a commercial school, other secondary school.
   Primary higher education – marked about the persons who finished a technical school, a vocational school and other institutions of first level of higher education or keep studying at an institute and obtained a certificate about the acquisition of a qualification degree of a junior specialist.
   Primary secondary education – marked about the persons who finished the primary school or three classes in 1972 and later; 4 – 6 classes in any year; 7 classes in 1960 and later; 8 classes in 1990 and later; who are studying in Classes 5 – 9; who left Class 4 in 1972 – 1973 and later; Class 5 – 7 in any year; Class 8 in 1960 – 1961 and later; Class 9 in 1989 – 1990 and later.
